Paid Holidays

After completion of 90 days of employment, your six designated holidays during the calendar year are:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Labor Day
  • Christmas Day

Holiday pay consists of eight hours of straight time pay. Any additional days that may be recognized as holidays by a Client will be unpaid time off, unless otherwise stated between the Company and the Client or the Company and the employee. If a holiday falls on a weekend day, the Company may choose to recognize the preceding Friday or the following Monday as the designated holiday.

Paid Time Off

Employees, when possible, are required to request and prearrange PTO at least 14 days in advance with both the Company and the Client, to exclude sick time. Employees who are reporting off of work because of being sick must contact their Client supervisor and should do so at their earliest possible convenience to avoid disciplinary action that may result from lateness or absenteeism from work. Should an employee request and receive unearned PTO, the Company may withhold pay equivalent to the unearned PTO used if their employment or contract is terminated.
