Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Agile adoption across the Cyber group, implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices with a specific focus on DevSecOps.
- Design, implement, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines to enhance software development and delivery processes.
- Mentor teams and leadership on integrating security practices seamlessly into Agile workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops tailored to cybersecurity and DevSecOps needs.
- Support teams in adopting tools and methodologies that ensure secure code and infrastructure deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Agile practices with cybersecurity best practices.
- Use data-driven insights and metrics to assess Agile maturity and security readiness.
- Act as a change agent, overcoming resistance and fostering innovation in secure development practices.
Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe SPC, A-CSM®, A-CSPO®).
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices, including secure CI/CD pipeline design.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and their integration into Agile environments.
- Proficiency with tools for code security and vulnerability scanning (e.g., SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Snyk).
- Technical expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong project management skills with experience in risk management and budget control.
