Who our client needs: Business Analyst Project Manager

 

What you will be doing:
We need an energetic Business Analyst PM that will lead a medium to large effort to migrate our existing phone system used by Operations, Service Organizations, and subsidiaries. The current phone system, Customer Interaction Center (CIC), provides phone support for enterprise call centers currently using CIC for call routing and other Interactive Voice Response (IVR) functionality.

•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
•Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•Lead projects from the Proposal Phase thru Implementation and Close-out using the Project Management Process.
•Collaborate with a diverse team of IT Integrators and IT Business Analysts to ensure solutions are implemented in a manner consistent with the software development lifecycle.
•Understand the security and compliance requirements of applications and business areas. Utilize appropriate methods, controls and documentation.
•Gather requirements and translate into functional specifications. Active participation in the testing process to ensure a quality product is delivered.
•Clearly communicate thoughts, ideas, specifications and requirements with business clients and technical developers using appropriate means of communication.

The skills you need to have:

•Strong critical thinking skills for analysis and problem solving
•Project management, understanding of the SDLC
•Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project

Where the position is located: Findlay, Ohio

Rate/Salary: $85,000/Year based on experience

Who our client needs: Network Engineer

What you will be doing:

Plan, design, and support the Client’s data and IP-based voice network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will lead and participate in the development of the enterprise data network solutions along with the implementation, administration, and support of the Client’s technologies. 

  • Consult and make recommendations on architecture, design, project work scope development, and project implementation areas.
  • Identify conflicts between data and voice network infrastructure requirements that support business processes.
  • Collaborate, direct, and implement network infrastructure technology and changes.
  • Install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot routing and switching network infrastructure.
  • Provide expertise in wired and wireless network technologies to the Client and their service providers.
  • Identify conflicts between data and voice network infrastructure requirements that support business processes.

The skills you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience with Cisco Network hardware operating systems and configurations.
  • Experience with LAN and WAN including routing, switching, sub-netting, VLANs, VRFs, Cisco Nexus 7000,5000, and 2000 data center hardware and software.
  • Experience with the deployment and configuration of VoIP, Cisco IP Telephony systems, and Active Directory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Where the position is located: Findlay, Ohio

Rate/Salary: Up to $95,000.00
