Overview: Project Manager, ServiceNow Cutover

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, ServiceNow Cutover to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise system cutovers supporting the NGMM program. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to new platforms by driving detailed cutover planning, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and execution excellence. They will work closely with IT, business units, vendors, and leadership, and will operate within a ServiceNow-driven governance and reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end cutover planning and execution for NGMM initiatives, from preparation through stabilization and hypercare.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover playbook, including tasks, dependencies, timelines, roles, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cutover activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and support functions to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Define and execute a cutover communication plan, ensuring stakeholders are informed of schedules, risks, impacts, and progress.
• Provide regular status reporting, incident updates, and performance metrics to leadership throughout cutover and stabilization periods, leveraging ServiceNow where applicable.
• Identify cutover-related risks, issues, and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Plan and lead mock cutovers / dry runs to validate readiness prior to go-live.
• Oversee production cutovers, including user and site readiness, training coordination, data migration activities, technical cutover steps, and system validation.
• Partner with ServiceNow leadership to ensure cutover activities align with change, release, and incident management processes.
