Senior Product Owner

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with a strong Agile background to drive product development and deliver high-value technology solutions. This role partners closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable development priorities while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives
• Write and refine user stories with clear and well-defined acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and drive continuous product improvement
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Support alignment between business priorities and technical execution

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise technology environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, software development lifecycles, or data-driven applications
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner, or related Agile certification
