Key Responsibilities of an IT Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based supplier performance and supplier relationship management initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and compliance processes across procurement, supply chain, and technology teams
• Define and track supplier performance metrics, reporting, and analytics requirements
• Drive cross-functional process integration between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications for an IT Project Manager

• Experience as a project manager with a standard project management skillset, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience delivering Salesforce-based Supplier Performance Management or Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, or supply chain digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with supplier onboarding, compliance, performance metrics, and analytics
• Experience integrating processes across cross-functional teams
