Position Summary

The OT Senior Network Engineer / Team Lead serves as the technical lead for the OT Communications team. This hybrid role combines deep technical expertise with Agile leadership to drive delivery through SAFe ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will guide the team in translating high-level architectural designs into actionable low-level implementations that support secure, resilient, and scalable communications across field sites and control centers. Hands-on experience with modern practices such as Network as Code and CI/CD pipelines is preferred to enable automated, consistent, and efficient network deployments. A strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and critical infrastructure in industrial environments is highly preferred, as the role operates within safety-critical systems that demand reliability, compliance, and operational continuity.
