OT Systems Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure supporting operational technology environments. This role requires deep expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, SCCM, and enterprise systems management, with a strong focus on reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can develop standardized, reusable solutions that enable operational efficiency across multiple teams while ensuring compliance with organizational and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, and Group Policy environments
• Develop scalable and reusable systems solutions that can be deployed and managed across the organization
• Automate system deployments, configurations, and administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
• Manage Active Directory architecture including domain controllers, forests, trusts, replication, and policy management
• Administer software deployment, patching, configuration management, and endpoint management through SCCM and Intune
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, operational procedures, and system architecture diagrams
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliable operations and proactive issue resolution
Required Qualifications
• 5 or more years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and systems engineering environments
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and Microsoft enterprise technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and endpoint management solutions
• Experience automating administrative and deployment processes using PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Strong troubleshooting and systems analysis skills
• Experience working in highly available, mission-critical environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting operational technology or industrial environments
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and infrastructure hardening best practices
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks
• Microsoft infrastructure or systems administration certifications
